Refund Policy – HomeoAxis
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid to HomeoAxis are generally non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a trial period for new clinics. If you are not satisfied during the trial, you may cancel without charge by contacting our support team.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Technical issues that prevented you from using the service for an extended period caused by us.
• Duplicate payments charged due to a system error.
• Account charged after a confirmed cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@homeoaxis.com with your registered email address, the payment reference number, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
