Terms & Conditions – HomeoAxis

By using HomeoAxis you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any HomeoAxis service, you ("the Clinic") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

HomeoAxis provides cloud-based clinic-management software for homeopathy practitioners, including appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing, AI assistance, marketing tools, and integrations with third-party services. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for use by registered medical practitioners and the staff of registered clinics. By signing up, you confirm that you are authorised to enter the patient data you upload.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You will create separate user accounts for each staff member rather than sharing credentials.
  • You will notify us immediately at support@homeoaxis.tech of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own, or content that violates anyone's privacy.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited marketing communications or spam.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security of the service or other tenants.
  • Resell, sub-license, or white-label the service without a separate written agreement.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans, prices, and feature limits are described on our Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms apply to the payment transaction.
  • Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

HomeoAxis integrates with third-party services including Google (Business Profile, YouTube, OAuth, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Razorpay, Shiprocket, Porter, and admin-configurable email/SMS providers. When you enable any of these features:

  • You agree to comply with that service's own terms — for example, the YouTube Terms of Service when using our YouTube comment-management features, and Razorpay's terms when accepting payments.
  • HomeoAxis is an authorised consumer of each integrated service's API but is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of those services.
  • HomeoAxis is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy decisions of those services.
  • You may revoke any integration at any time from within HomeoAxis or directly with the third-party service.

8. Intellectual Property

HomeoAxis software, branding, and documentation are the property of HomeoAxis. You retain full ownership of all data your clinic uploads, including patient records, branding, and customisations. We claim no ownership over your content.

9. Patient Data & Confidentiality

Patient data uploaded to HomeoAxis remains the property and responsibility of the clinic. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients for the storage and processing of their data. HomeoAxis acts as a data processor and will only use patient data to provide the service to you.

10. AI Assistance Disclaimer

HomeoAxis provides AI-generated suggestions for remedies, prescriptions, follow-ups, and other clinical decisions. These suggestions are advisory and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified medical practitioner before use. HomeoAxis does not provide medical advice; the practitioner remains solely responsible for clinical decisions.

11. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Critical security patches may be deployed without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeoAxis's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HomeoAxis against any claims arising from (a) your violation of these terms, (b) misuse of patient data by you or your staff, or (c) your infringement of third-party intellectual property.

14. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms, including non-payment, abuse, or illegal use. On termination you have 30 days to export your data; thereafter it will be deleted within 90 days.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms by posting the updated version here and notifying admins by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
