You are responsible for ensuring that patient data entered into HomeoAxis complies with applicable healthcare data protection laws. HomeoAxis processes this data on your behalf as a data processor.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed as per your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

HomeoAxis and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeoAxis is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the reliability, suitability, or availability of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
